Grab your girl crew and join LA’s oldest women’s club for a special Galentine’s Day screening of Thelma & Louise. The night kicks off with an opening reception featuring champagne, cheese, and chocolate, followed by a movie screening inside the historic Wilshire Ebell Theatre.
The ultimate female buddy movie stars Susan Sarandon and Geena Davis as two best friends who set out on an adventure that soon turns into a terrifying ordeal — and features a young Brad Pitt. This event is open to all: couples, singles, and co-workers are welcome to come and enjoy.
Galantine’s Day is a holiday Amy Poehler’s Parks and Rec character Leslie Knope created that occurs every year on Feb. 13, the day before Valentine’s Day. It’s like Valentine’s Day, only instead of celebrating the love you have for your significant other, you spend it with your best girlfriends!
6:30pm Champagne, cheese, and chocolate. Movie 8pm. Tickets $25 member, $35 non-member.
